    Renovated Romanesque Church transformed into a large living room and the medieval cellars, where it’s possible to carry out different workshops and meetings at the same time, cinema and media room for exhibitions and entertainment (home theatre with Dolby surround). The frescoed chapel is the perfect place for breakfasts, coffee breaks, buffets and dinners. On the back the large terrace with view on the swimming pool (16m x 7,5m – 1,40m depth – open 01/06-15/09); the garden, the terraced medieval ‘vegetable garden’ and the wood are the ideal space for workshops or meditation. The rental price includes breakfast and daily cleaning. On request: extra bed (free for babies up to 3 years, € 40,00 for children between 4-12 and €60,00/week for teenagers and adults ), suppers and dinners. Particular prices for special events.

Borgo Romanico – Borgo Romanico 18

An old ‘place of the soul’ in the heart of Chianti, between Siena and Florence; amidst the green and peaceful hills. The Borgo offers the perfect atmosphere for weddings and is ideal for private or business groups including workshops. The Borgo is an architecturally diverse setting made up of a XIII century Romanesque church, a ‘frescoed’ XVII-century old chapel and a detached rural building. All this is encased in a large horseshoe shape. Thanks to the great care taken during the restoration of the property, noted by the ‘Sopraintendenza ai Beni Culturali’ as place of particular historical interest, Borgo Romanico has been now classified as ‘Residenza D’Epoca’ (Historical Residence). There are 9 double bedrooms and 8 suites, which can accommodate up to 4 people. On request it’s possible to book the borgo for a maximum of 50 people; for bookings with a minimum of 30 persons the borgo is reserved for guests’ exclusive disposal. Each bedroom has air conditioning, telephone, TV, WI-FI connection, mini-bar and any kind of comfort.

Splitting of the bedrooms: 7 bedrooms and 2 suites are situated in the main building on 4 different levels.In the annex there are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 suite on the first floor. In each one of the 8 suites there is a double sofa bed. Bedrooms and suites all have private bathroom.
